Job Description: Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support the business objectives. Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on all HR matters, providing strategic insights and solutions. Align HR initiatives with the overall business strategy and objectives. Talent Management and Development: Drive talent management strategies, including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development. Lead performance management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Identify training and development needs and create programs to foster employee growth and development. Employee Relations: Manage complex employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Foster a positive work environment that encourages open communication and employee engagement. HR Operations and Analytics: Oversee HR operations, including employee lifecycle processes, HRIS, and reporting. Utilize HR analytics to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement. Monitor key HR metrics and provide regular reports to senior management. Compensation and Benefits: Partner with the compensation and benefits team to develop competitive and equitable compensation structures. Ensure benefits programs meet employee needs and support organizational objectives
