MIS pan Shahi on all Audits - dashboard and data MIS on various other allied matters Legal Research on legislative changes / labor laws. Guiding the Divisional Heads on various critical buyer audits. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in HR Compliance & IR role in textile industry Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws (Labor Contracts), Statutory Compliance (PF, ESIC, MLWF). Excellent communication skills for effective employee engagement Ability to analyze complex situations and develop practical solutions.
