Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in HR Compliance & IR role in textile industry Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws (Labor Contracts), Statutory Compliance (PF, ESIC, MLWF). Excellent communication skills for effective employee engagement Ability to analyze complex situations and develop practical solutions.
