This critical role plays a key part in managing HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement, ensuring smooth HR functions within the organization. Investing in human resources is investing in the future of our organization. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, screening, and interviewing candidates. Assist in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation programs. Maintain employee records and update HR databases. Handle payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management. Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Coordinate training and development programs for employees. Assist in performance management processes and appraisals. Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture development. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Participate in HR audits and support administrative HR tasks. Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in HR functions. Strong communication and organizational skills.
