Job Description

Planning and Scheduling for recruitment process Maintain candidate database. Daily Attendance tracking Will be handling end to end process of recruitment and other HR activities. Sound knowledge in various Job Portals, LinkedIn, social media etc., Initial Screening of candidates profile. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule Any other work given by Management in course of time. Marathi speaker preffred Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: HR: 1 year (Preferred) total work: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English,Marathi (Preferred)
