Job Description: HR Generalist Overview: We are seeking a versatile HR Generalist with a strong background in talent acquisition within the retail industry. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of HR operations, with a particular focus on recruitment strategies tailored to retail environments Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: o o o Strong expertise in talent acquisition, specific to retail Conduct thorough screening processes, interviews, and candidate assessments. Collaborate with Functional Heads to understand hiring need and ensure timely fulfilment of positions. ¢ ¢ HR Operations: o o Knowledge on payroll processing Assist employee inquiries and provide HR support Company Policies: Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and legal regulations. Employee Relations: o o Support employee relations activities and address employee concerns in a timely manner. o Promote a positive and inclusive work environment through effective communication and HR initiatives. ¢ Data Management: Maintain HR database and compile reports as needed o Requirements: ¢ Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or related field (preferred).
