Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview schedules. Conduct background verifications, reference checks, and other pre-employment assessments as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during onboarding new employees. Assist in exit formalities when required.
