Job Title: HR Executive (Female Preferred) Location: Gurgaon Department: Human Resources Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 1 years in HR Department of any Japanese company Working Days: 5 Days Weekly Off: Saturday and Sunday Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years of experience in the HR department of a Japanese company. The primary responsibilities will include recruitment and managing other HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Coordinate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and requirements. HR Operations: Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Handle employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner. Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Conduct employee orientation and training programs. Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement. Organize and coordinate employee events and activities. Provide support in performance management and employee development initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1 years of experience in the HR department of a Japanese company. Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Preferred Skills: Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Knowledge of Japanese work culture and business practices. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
