Job Description

Role: HR Executive US Staffing Location: Sector 63, Noida (Onsite Role) Job Type: Fulltime Position. Timming: UK Shift (2 PM – 11 PM) Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment: - Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination. - Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures. 2. Talent Management: - Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent. - Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning. 3. Employee Engagement: - Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, motivation, and productivity. - Conduct employee surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement. 4. Benefits Administration: - Manage employee benefits, including health insurance and other perks. - Ensure compliance with benefits-related laws and regulations. 5. HR Operations: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases. - Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and laws. 6. Communication: - Develop and disseminate HR-related communications to employees, managers, and other stakeholders. - Ensure that all HR-related information is accurate, timely, and transparent. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR. 3. Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. 4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. 5.
