Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process for blue collar positions, including sourcing candidates through various channels. Coordinate with vendors to manage vendor management activities such as onboarding new vendors and resolving issues related to existing ones. Provide HR assistance to the organization by handling employee queries, grievances, and other HR-related matters. Ensure timely completion of data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Desired Candidate Profile 1-2 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or a related field (blue collar hiring). Strong understanding of MS Office applications (Word, Excel) for documentation purposes. Interview Mode Virtual (Google meet)
