Job Description

Role & Responsibilities: Work with relevant department heads, management & stakeholders to create job profiles & descriptions for various vacancies. Job postings through various online & offline mediums to start recruitment process. Develop recruitment process & program. Identify, develop & work with agencies to support recruitment. Short-list candidates, arrange interview rounds & identify suitable candidates in consultation with the relevant departments. Negotiate & fix roles, responsibilities, remuneration & formalities with selected candidate. Prepare & execute recruitment documentation, contracts & agreements as per company policies. Formally on-board employees post consultation & approval from relevant departments. Organizing regular staff meetings & employee engagement activities to foster open communication, boost morale & promote a sense of security in the workplace. Addressing & resolving employee grievances in a timely manner. Regular surveys & performance evaluations for enhancing employee skills and arranging relevant training programs. Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making improvements. Administer payroll, comply with labor laws & manage employee benefit programs. Conducting salary surveys & benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation. Maintaining accurate employee records, preparing HR reports & conducting audits to ensure HR practices align with company policies. Skills & Personal Attributes: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. High level of integrity and professionalism. Empathetic and approachable demeanor. Strong work ethic and commitment to continuous improvement. Working Conditions: The selected candidate will typically work at our Pune research & development centre, within regular business hours. Some travel may be required for recruitment events, training sessions, meetings at other company locations, and off-site activities. The role may sometimes require evening or weekend work to meet deadlines or attend events.
