Maintaining updates /reporting on platform Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations. Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). Talent Management: Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs. Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met. HR Operations: Support HR operations including benefits administration, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. Collaborate with HR centers of excellence to implement HR programs and initiatives. Data Management and Reporting: Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies. Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
