Dear Job Seeker, We are hiring HR Executive for Thane west location for a Edtech company. Position - HR Executive Experience - 2 to 4yrs Salary - 18k to 25k Job Location - Thane West Job Location. Should have experience in Attendance making and payroll. Coordinate with key stakeholders for interview scheduling, gathering post-interview feedback, and keeping candidates informed at every stage. Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers and department leads to align on role expectations, timelines, and hiring plans. 3) Process Management Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate progress, job requisitions, and recruitment metrics. Support in drafting and updating job descriptions and publishing them on relevant platforms. 4) Onboarding Coordination: Work closely with HR and other internal teams to ensure a seamless handover from offer acceptance to onboarding. Assist in collecting required documentation and initiating pre-joining formalities.
