Roles & Responsibilities Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360 evaluations) Implement HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them. Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques. Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees. Manage employees grievances. Create and run referral bonus programs. Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ATS) Measure employee retention and turnover rates Oversee daily operations of the HR department Qualification Criteria An MBA in HR from a recognized state, central, or private university is preferred. Ideal Candidate Were looking for someone who has/is: 2-3 years of experience in handling HR operations for a small/mid-size organization Experience in sourcing & screening of candidate profiles. Strong experience in handling social channels for sourcing candidates. Managed Employee Engagement. Has hands-on experience in scheduling & executing performance appraisals. Experience in engaging with internal stakeholders.
