Job Title: HR Executive (Female Candidates Only) Location: Naigaon , Palghar District Experience: 2-3 Years Salary: 25,000 30,000 per month Qualification: Any Graduate We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Selection: Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates as per job requirements. Conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers. Managing job portals, social media hiring, and employee referrals. Onboarding & Employee Engagement: Handling employee onboarding, induction, and documentation. Ensuring a positive candidate experience during the hiring process. Organizing employee engagement activities. HR Administration: Maintaining employee records and HR databases. Handling attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination. Managing compliance-related documentation. General Administration: Assisting in office administration and facility management. Coordinating with vendors and managing office supplies. Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of recruitment processes. Good understanding of HR policies and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools. Ability to multitask and handle administrative duties effectively. Preferred Candidate Profile: Female candidates only. Candidates residing near Naigaon Palghar district preferred. Prior experience in HR and admin roles is a must.
