Job Description

What you will do: Support HR processes such as employee relations, compliance, policies, and procedures for assigned areas of business. Assist in resolving employee relations concerns and escalate more complex issues to senior HR team members as needed. Participate in HR initiatives and programs by collaborating with team members to execute key projects. Build and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional business partners to support organizational goals. Conduct exit interviews, summarize insights, and highlight trends to improve employee engagement and retention strategies. Recommend process improvements, innovative HR solutions, and updates to existing policies based on identified gaps. Assist in developing user guides, training materials, and HR communications. Stay updated on HR laws, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and relevance. Handle assigned HR projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with annual HR plans. Assist with HR systems maintenance and coordinate audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Roles and Responsibilities: Analyze and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights for HR leadership and management. Maintain and update HR reports, dashboards, and tools to support ongoing HR analytics and reporting needs. Ensure data integrity through regular audits and collaborate with relevant teams to address inconsistencies. Assist with payroll processes, ensuring proper documentation for exceptions, and reviewing reports before final submission. Support performance management and compensation review activities through data collection and analysis. Partner with internal teams to ensure HR data and processes meet operational and compliance requirements. Provide first-level support for HR system-related issues, collaborating with HRIS or IT teams for resolution. What you will bring: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in HR operations or HR generalist roles. Solid understanding of HR policies, compliance, and employment laws. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR systems and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. What we would like to see: Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
