Immediately looking for a HR professional who will be responsible for 60-70% inhouse recruitment and 30% generalist/ core HR activities. Responsibilities: Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks Coordinate induction and onboarding process for new placements, including documentation, introductions, and training. Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management Managing employee separation processes Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field 3-8 years of experience in HR or a related field Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
