Qualification: Min Bachelor Degree Job Timing: 11:30 am to 9:30 pm (Mon to Sat) Skills & Requirement: Experience using spreadsheets Fluent English speaking is mandatory Organizational skills Good verbal and written communication skills Roles & Responsibilities: Answer employees queries about HR-related issues Attend inbound & outbound calls Solving Email Queries Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules) Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
