Job Title: HR Executive – IT Domain Location: Rajkot, Gujarat Experience Required: 1 Year Industry: Information Technology (IT) Gender Preference: Female About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and confident HR Executive who can independently manage the office operations in the absence of the CEO, represent the company at seminars/events, and drive HR processes efficiently. The ideal candidate should come from the IT industry and possess strong communication, decision-making, and leadership qualities. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and performance management Confidently represent the company in seminars, HR events, and networking forums when required Maintain a positive work culture and handle employee grievances professionally Ensure smooth office administration and employee coordination in the absence of top management Support compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and internal standards Liaise with department heads to understand hiring needs and internal HR support Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in HR within the IT industry Strong personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills Capable of managing office independently and making decisions when needed Willingness to travel within Rajkot for official seminars and events Proficient in MS Office, HR software, and modern recruitment platforms Strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Morning shift Ability to commute/relocate: Rajkot, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Application Question(s): Capable of managing office independently and making decisions when needed ?
