Job Title : HR Executive (Operations & Recruitment) Night Shift Experience : 3-6 years Work Location : Hyderabad Work Mode : Work from office Shift Type : Night shift Description As an HR Executive at Hallmark, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department in various tasks, including Recruitment, Attendance Management, Employee Relations, Employee Onboarding and HR administration etc. Responsibilities Work closely with the talent acquisition team for a seamless hiring process. Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across the various departments of the organization. Keep track of job boards, social networks, and other platforms that enable HR hiring, with relevant job descriptions and announcements. Handle day-to-day HR inquiries and requests from employees. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise. Assist in handling employee queries and concerns. Participate in employee engagement initiatives. Support in organizing company events and activities. Ensure compliance with labour regulations. Ensure smooth onboarding processes for new hires. Assist in setting up employee workstations and access. Maintain and update employee records and databases. Requires Skills Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred. Previous work experience as an HR recruiter or a similar role in HR talent acquisition. 1 to 3 years of relevant HR operations experience. Basic understanding of HR principles and practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of HR. Flexible to work in Night Shift from office.
