Job Description

Responsibilities: Able to handle HR operations for 100+ staff spread over pan India Recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards Collaborate with senior management to drive HR initiatives and contribute to strategic decision-making Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee engagement and retention Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field; regular MBA from a reputed college / university. Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions in a service industry setting. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, Statutory and regulatory requirements Experience with HRIS and other relevant HR tools/software Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Willingness to travel as required Location: Hyderabad, India Age: in between 23 to 35.
