Role & responsibilities To responsible for Recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews and Access the Naukri.com, LinkedIN, Facebook and Social Networks etc. Coordinating with candidates and internal stakeholders. To Maintaining employee records and HRIS databases in the system ie: People-Strong’ and ESS and support to PMS of planning. To responsible for the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation and conducting Induction/Orientation sessions. To Assisting in internal communications related to HR policies, events, and announcements. To Assisting in the off-boarding process, including conducting exit interviews and processing exit documentation. To maintaining positive employee relations and addressing issues.
