To take care of Employee relations, Onboard Staffing. Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees. Maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information.Objective: Foster a positive and productive work environment by managing employee concerns and resolving conflicts. Potential Tasks: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances. Mediate workplace disputes and conflicts. Counsel employees on HR policies and procedures. Conduct investigations into employee complaints. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives. Manage employee exit processes, including conducting exit interviews. 2. Onboarding Staffing: Objective: Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires. Potential Tasks: Coordinate pre-employment paperwork and background checks. Conduct new employee orientations. Facilitate introductions to team members and departments. Ensure new hires have the necessary resources and tools. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the onboarding process. Manage the first day, and the first weeks of the new employee.
