Role & responsibilities Payroll Support: Attendance Management: Onboarding and Offboarding: Employee Relations: Data Management: Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts Managing employee separation processes managing employee life cycle Responsible to ensure that accurate time keeping done by maintaining records of staff attendance, on a daily basis of all on rolls & outsourced / contract employees. Responsible to follow up on probation, training, confirmation, etc., and complete the documentation for the same, to be handed over to employees on the due date, and not later. Carry out tasks assigned by the HR Manager Update yourself with current statutory requirements related to HR for reducing risks
