Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Source candidates using a variety of channels (LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, social media, etc.). Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate applicants. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and teams. Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS). Assist in employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment events. Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment metrics. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory employment requirements.
