Position: HR/Admin Executive Location: Sanand, Ahmedabad Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive with 0 to 2 years of experience to support various HR functions, including Learning & Development, HR management, and general administration tasks. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic HR environment. Key Responsibilities: Learning & Development Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating internal and external training sessions for employees. Maintain training records, track attendance, and gather post-training feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. HR Management Support (PF, ESIC, Attendance): Support the administration of Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESIC) registrations for employees, ensuring timely contributions and compliance. Monitor and manage employee attendance records, including leave approvals, absenteeism tracking, and addressing attendance-related queries. Onboarding & Induction: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they complete necessary documentation, provide them with company policies, and introduce them to the team. Organize induction sessions to familiarize new employees with company culture, values, and operational procedures. Exit Formalities & Employee Separation: Facilitate the exit process for employees leaving the organization, including conducting exit interviews, preparing final settlements, and ensuring all exit documentation is completed. General Administration Support: Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, transport) for employees, ensuring cost-effective options and smooth booking processes. Manage office supplies, handle internal administrative requests, and assist in organizing office events, meetings, or team-building activities. Housekeeping & Guesthouse Management: Oversee and ensure the proper functioning of office housekeeping services, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of common areas. Manage guesthouse bookings and ensure guests have all necessary arrangements, including accommodations and services during their stay. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 0 to 2 years of experience in HR, admin, or related roles. Basic understanding of HR policies (PF, ESIC, etc.) and statutory compliance. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Fluency in English communication (both written and verbal) is a must.
