Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience to support core HR operational functions, including employee data management, HR systems administration, payroll support, salary processing coordination, and maintaining HR documentation. The role also involves assisting with compliance tracking and ensuring timely updates of employee records. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the essential operational and payroll processes of a dynamic HR environment. Key Responsibilities: HR Data Management: • Maintain and update accurate employee records in HRMS/HRIS systems. • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of employee data in compliance with company policies. Payroll & Compensation Support • Assist in preparing payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, and deductions. • Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure timely and error-free salary disbursements. Onboarding & Exit Management • Coordinate pre-joining formalities, documentation, and induction activities. • Manage exit documentation, clearances, and final settlement coordination. Employee Documentation & Letters • Draft and issue HR documents such as offer letters, confirmation, and experience letters. • Maintain digital and physical filing systems for all employee-related documentation. Statutory Compliance Handling • Support compliance with labor laws, including PF, ESIC, gratuity, and professional tax. • Assist in filing statutory returns and maintaining required compliance records. Attendance & Leave Administration • Track attendance, leave applications, and coordinate with departments for corrections. • Ensure leave balances and holiday calendars are updated in the HR system. HR Policy & Process Compliance • Ensure HR practices adhere to company policies and labor regulations. • Assist during internal and external HR audits by providing necessary documentation. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1 to 3 years of experience in HR or related roles. Basic understanding of HR policies (PF, ESIC, etc.) and statutory compliance. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Fluency in English communication (both written and verbal) is a must.
