Job Title : HR Executive (Mid to Senior level) Location : SIPCOT IT Park, Siruseri, Chennai Job Timings : 7:30pm to 4:30am IST (Mon - Fri) - 100% Onsite Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to manage and enhance our human resource functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, payroll processing, compliance, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR best practices and be capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job roles and requirements. Conduct background verification and ensure smooth onboarding of new employees. Employee Engagement & Relations: Address employee queries and concerns effectively. Organize engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture. Conduct stay interviews, exit interviews, and feedback sessions to improve retention. Payroll & Compliance: Assist in processing payroll, attendance, and leave management. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Maintain and update HR records and documentation. Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes and provide HR-related guidance to employees. Work with department heads to implement training and development programs. HR Operations & Administration: Maintain employee records in HRMS. Handle policy implementations and updates as required. Coordinate with external vendors for HR services when necessary. Requirements: Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 6-12 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations. Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll processing, and HR compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HRMS, MS Office, and HR tools. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Preferred Skills: Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment. Certification in HR (SHRM, PHR, etc.) is a plus.
