Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage and support various HR functions within our organization. The HR Executive will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations, ensuring a positive and compliant workplace environment. Key Responsibilities: -Recruitment & Staffing: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align with organizational goals. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to fill roles as they become available -Onboarding & Offboarding: Conduct onboarding for new employees, ensuring they are well-integrated into the company culture. Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews and clearance procedures. -Employee Relations: Address employee queries and concerns, providing a supportive and confidential environment. Promote a positive workplace culture and mediate minor disputes as necessary. -Payroll & Compliance: Assist in processing payroll accurately and on time. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations. -Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance review processes. Monitor and update employee records and performance logs. -Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs. Work with external trainers or develop in-house training resources as required. -HR Administration: Maintain employee records and update HR databases with accurate information. Generate and analyze HR reports to support data-driven decision-making. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in recruitment, employee relations, or HR operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software. Knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations. Skills and Attributes: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
