Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation. Plan and conduct orientation programs to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and culture. Schedule meetings and check-ins with relevant team members and stakeholders for new hires. Ensure the collection and verification of all necessary employment documents, such as identification, contracts, tax forms, and background checks. Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records in HR management systems.
