Job Description: - Joining Formalities - UAN & ESIC Number generation - Collecting attendance from various site on monthly basis - Calculating employee benefits and deductions - Preparing payroll reports - Coordinating with HR Consultant for PF & ESIC challans - Responding to employee questions about compensation, taxes, benefits, and deductions Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Life insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Operations: 3 years (Preferred) total work: 3 years (Preferred) Application Deadline: 20/06/2025
