Role & responsibilities Should handle end to end Payroll Process from attendance to salary process Should handle attendance Should handle statutory compliances i.e. ESI, PF & Professional Should be able to handle Income Tax deductions for the Staff May be able to coordinate for labour licenses, workman compensation, gratuity etc., Preferred candidate profile Preferably a MBA HR with 2 or 3 years exp Preferably a male candidate since it requires visit to construction sites occassionally Should be from Construction Industry Should have handled 300+ employees Should be strong in MS Excel & Powerpoint Perks and benefits
