Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and new hire orientation. Maintain employee records (digital and hard copies) and ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date and accurate. Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.). Handle employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Coordinate training and development initiatives and maintain training records. Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals. Support the performance management process, including evaluations and appraisals. Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices. Organize employee engagement activities and foster a positive work environment. Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
