Job Title: Talent Acquisition Projects & Strategy Lead (Off-Roll) Company: Coromandel International Ltd. (On Payroll of TMI) Location: Chennai, India Experience: 3 to 8 years About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and strategic professional to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team at Coromandel International. This role will be instrumental in driving recruitment-related projects, implementing process improvements, and leading technology integrations to enhance the efficiency of our TA function. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead and execute recruitment-related projects to streamline TA operations. Technology & Automation: Identify, evaluate, and drive the adoption of HR tech tools to enhance hiring efficiency. Process Optimization: Develop and implement initiatives to improve recruiter productivity and reduce time-to-hire. Strategic Interventions: Support employer branding, competency-based hiring, diversity hiring, and other long-term TA strategies. Data & Insights: Leverage analytics to drive hiring decisions and improve recruitment outcomes. Collaboration: Work closely with TA, HR, and business leaders to align initiatives with organizational goals. Key Requirements: 3 to 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR with exposure to the full hiring lifecycle. Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, process automation, and HR technology. Experience in executing TA-related projects and driving strategic HR initiatives. Tech-savvy with an analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
