Job Title: HR Executive - Training & Development Location: Bangalore Experience: 2 to 3 years Industry: Medical Device / Medical Equipment Manufacturing Qualification: MBA in HR or Employment Type: Full-time Job Description: We are seeking an experienced HR Executive - Training & Development to design, implement, and manage employee training programs in the medical device/equipment manufacturing industry . This role requires a proactive individual who can enhance workforce skills, ensure compliance, and drive continuous learning initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute training programs across departments. Identify skill gaps and training needs through assessments and feedback. Manage onboarding and orientation programs for new hires. Ensure compliance with industry-specific training requirements. Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with business goals. Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements. Maintain training records and documentation as per regulatory standards. Organize workshops, seminars, and continuous learning sessions. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of training & development strategies in a manufacturing environment. Experience in soft skills, technical, and compliance training . Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams . Proficiency in HRMS and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
