Job Role : HR Executive Experience : 0 to 1+ Years Location : Madurai Job Mode : On-Site Roles Responsibilities: Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates. Onboarding Assistance: Help in the onboarding process by collecting necessary documents and ensuring smooth integration of new hires. Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave, and other documentation. Payroll Coordination: Support the payroll process by verifying attendance and leave records. Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing team-building activities and engagement programs. Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to company policies and assist in communicating them to employees. Grievance Handling: Address employees basic queries and escalate complex issues to senior officials. Skills Requirements: Educational Qualification: Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Internship/Training: Prior internship or training in HR functions is an added advantage, but not mandatory. Basic Knowledge: Understanding of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Tech Skills: Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools is a plus.
