Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Executive with 2 TO 3 years of experience in managing core HR processes. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Payroll processing (manual and Greytip software), PF and ESI registrations, and proficiency in ESSL and GreyTrip software. Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential, along with the ability to handle TDS calculations. Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi is mandatory. Key Responsibilities: HR Operations: Process attendance using ESSL software and calculate salary sheets based on attendance data. Update salary details in Greytip software to ensure accurate salary slip generation. Handle TDS calculations based on employee salary packages. Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintain employee records. Payroll Management: Calculate salaries, bonuses, withholding taxes, and other deductions. Reconcile payroll discrepancies and ensure accurate payroll processing. Perform OT calculations based on attendance and working hours. Maintain payroll files and records. Statutory Compliance: Create and link UAN numbers for new joiners and IP creation in the ESIC portal. Prepare and file PF, ESI, and PT registrations and returns. Assist employees with PF advance withdrawals, full withdrawals, and death claims. Validate employee declarations (e.g., Form 11). Approve pending KYC updates, transfers, and data corrections through DSC. Employee Support: Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and policies. Help employees with online/offline PF claims, corrections, and UAN activation. Handle EPS rectifications, revised Form 3A preparation, and reply to EPFO notices. Update DOE (Date of Exit) for bulk or individual employees. Visit PF offices for escalations or required follow-ups. Software & Tools: Use ESSL and GreyTrip software for attendance, payroll, and HR functions. Utilize Microsoft Excel for payroll calculations, data analysis, and reporting. Prepare presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Word. Draft and manage official documentation using Word. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance. Proficiency in ESSL, GreyTrip, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong understanding of PF, ESI, TDS, and labor laws.
