The HR Executive at Zollid will play a key role in managing and supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, policy management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process , including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers. Oversee employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition into the organization. Employee Relations Engagement: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns. Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and team-building events. HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records , ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. Support payroll processing and benefits administration . Compliance Policy Management: Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR best practices . Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating HR policies and procedures . Training Development: Coordinate training sessions and professional development programs . Track training attendance and measure effectiveness of training initiatives. Qualifications Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience in HR or a similar role. Freshers with a passion for HR can also apply. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Strong organizational and time-management skills . Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS systems . Sound knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices . Ability to handle confidential information with discretion . Desirable Attributes Proactive and self-motivated with keen attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Adaptability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work setting. A problem-solver eager to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
