The ideal candidate should be proficient in payroll processing, data reporting, and advanced Excel & PowerPoint presentation skills to support strategic HR decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate and timely payroll execution, including salaries, benefits, bonuses, and deductions. Compliance & Taxation: Maintain adherence to local, state, and federal payroll regulations. Compensation Analysis: Assess salary structures, benefits, and incentives to ensure competitive compensation strategies. Manpower Analysis: Analyze workforce trends, employee costs, and productivity metrics for better resource planning. HR Budget Preparation: Assist in forecasting payroll expenses, benefits, and overall HR budget planning. Payroll Reports & Insights: Generate and analyze payroll reports for management, audits, and strategic planning. Excel & PowerPoint Expertise: Use Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) for payroll analysis and create engaging PowerPoint presentations for HR leadership. Employee Support: Address payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies efficiently. HR & Finance Coordination: Collaborate with HR and Finance teams for seamless payroll and budgeting operations. Process Improvement: Recommend enhancements to payroll processes, reporting frameworks, and budgeting strategies. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: 2 -4 years in payroll processing, compensation analysis, and manpower planning. Technical Skills: Expertise in payroll software, Advanced Excel , PowerPoint, and HR analytics tools. Presentation Skills: Strong ability to prepare and present payroll and workforce insights using PowerPoint and data visualization techniques . Attention to Detail: Strong analytical mindset with high accuracy in payroll calculations and budgeting. Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive payroll and financial data with discretion.
