Job Description

Role & responsibilities Identifying the manpower requirement from the Zonal Manager in assistance with Divisional managers. Bifurcating the given manpower requirement cluster wise. Planning, confirming and verifying recruitment schedule with business team and approvals. Planning the recruitment calendar with respective Regional Managers (RMs) and Divisional Manager (DMs) & executing maximum number of recruitment drives month on month as per the manpower requirement plan. Pre-recruitment visits to Colleges /Govt. Employment Office Visits/Other MFI Visits/Govt. Skill Development centers - DDUGKY/PMKVY/State Govt. etc. Sourcing of the given manpower via various channels social media (Whatsapp Group, Facebook and LinkedIn), Employee Reference, Newspaper Pamphlets, Campuses and Job Fairs. Ensure MIS and updation against all recruitment drives. Preferred candidate profile Good communication. Good interpersonal skills. Knowledge of recruitment. Good at Planning & Execution. Excellent at Stakeholder management. Knowledge of MS office. Should be flexible to travel extensively in rural areas. Perks and benefits Family Mediclaim Policy
