HR Generalist

Job Description

1. Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, and interviews. Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. 2. Employee Relations & Engagement: Address employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts. Organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs. Foster a positive work culture and maintain workplace harmony. 3. Attendance & Leave Management: Track and maintain employee attendance records. Manage leave requests and ensure compliance with leave policies. Generate attendance reports and handle discrepancies. 4. Payroll & Benefits Administration: Assist in processing monthly payroll, including salary calculations and deductions. Handle Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and gratuity-related tasks. Ensure timely disbursement of salaries and statutory benefits. 5. Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to labor laws, HR policies, and company guidelines. Maintain records for Shops & Establishments (S&E), Labor Welfare Fund (LWF), and other statutory compliance. Assist in audits and inspections related to HR functions. 6. Performance Management: Support the appraisal and performance review process. Help in identifying training and development needs. Assist managers in setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for employees. 7. Exit & Full & Final Settlement: Manage employee resignations, notice periods, and exit interviews. Handle clearance formalities and final settlements. Maintain records of departing employees and ensure a smooth transition.
