Location: Noida Experience: 2-5 years Employment Type: Contractual Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee engagement, rewards and recognition and MIS reporting. This role requires a proactive and creative approach to plan and execute employee engagement initiatives that improves employee motivation, retention, and workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: 1. Employee Engagement Execute engagement programs to enhance employee morale and workplace satisfaction. Organize team-building activities, wellness programs, and employee connect sessions. Will be involved in preparing internal communications related to various engagement events/ initiatives like creating posters etc. Promote diversity, inclusion, and belonging through various engagement initiatives. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance employee engagement efforts. 2. Rewards & Recognition Develop and execute reward and recognition programs to acknowledge employee achievements. Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual recognition programs. Ensure timely disbursement of awards, certificates, and incentives. 3. Employee Queries Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns. Mediate conflicts and support employees with issue resolution while ensuring fairness. 4. MIS Reporting & HR Analytics Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics related to engagement and rewards. Provide HR insights and trends for strategic decision-making around employee engagement and rewards. Qualifications & Skills: MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in an HR generalist role. Ability to think creatively. Knowledge of HR best practices, workplace culture. Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team. Proficiency in MS Excel. Ability to analyze data and develop actionable strategies. Good multitasking abilities.
