Roles and Responsibilities Manage employee life cycle activities such as recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and separation. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including ESIC, PF, Gratuity Act etc. and coordinate audits related to labour laws. Handle payroll processing and salary administration for all employees. Maintain accurate records of attendance, leave records, and other HR-related documents. Provide support in resolving employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
