Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Managed end-to-end recruitment Responsible for the complete on boarding process for new joinees, including documentation and HR system updates. Responsible for recruitment vendor management, ensuring efficient partnerships and hiring processes. Responsible for background verification checks for the entire group of companies, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation. Led employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and conflict resolution to maintain a positive work culture. Comply with all administrative policies and regulations. Preparation of New SOP and Due for revision SOP. Internal Audit Planning and Internal Audit Compliance. Processed monthly attendance, ensuring accuracy and adherence to labour laws. Assisted in performance management, coordinating appraisals and supporting training programs. Maintained and updated HRMS records, managing employee lifecycle processes from hiring to off boarding. Responsible for making various types if HR MIS reports, whenever it is required. Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelors Degree and MBA in HR Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Possess well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to direct others in a supportive, cooperative team environment. Knowledge in Human Resource Administration work, Payroll Structure, PF, ESIC and Compliance
