Role: HR Generalist/HR Specialist/HR Business Partner/HR Executive Location: Chennai & Salem Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred Key Responsibilities: Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across departments. Prepare job descriptions, post job ads, source and screen resumes. Schedule and coordinate interviews Handle the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation. Handle the offboarding process, including exit interviews, full and final settlement, and clearance formalities. Employee Relations Serve as the point of contact for employee queries and concerns. Resolve employee grievances and conflicts in a timely and professional manner. Performance Management Assist in performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers on conducting appraisals. Training and Development Identify training needs through employee assessments and feedback. Organize and facilitate employee training sessions and workshops. Compliance and Policy Management Ensure compliance with updated labor laws, company policies, and regulations. Update HR policies and procedures in accordance with statutory changes. Handle statutory compliance matters such as ESI, PF, PT, labor welfare, and others. Payroll and Benefits Administration Sharing of Payroll inputs & processing Attendance management Employee Engagement and Welfare Organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs. HR Documentation Maintain employee records, ensuring all documents are accurate and up to date. Prepare reports and presentations for management regarding HR metrics and trends. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in an HR Generalist role. Knowledge: Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, HR policies, and best practices. Preferred Skills & Attributes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Tamil and English, both spoken and written. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with an ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Strong work ethics and a self-starter attitude. Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges. Previous experience in IT company will be an advantage.
