Role & responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job pos..ng, screening, interviewing, and selec..on. Design and execute onboarding programs to ensure smooth integra..on of new hires. 2. Performance Management Develop and implement performance evalua..on systems. Work with department heads to define KPIs and provide feedback mechanisms for employees. 3. Employee Engagement & Rela..ons Organize engagement ac..vi..es to maintain a posi..ve work environment. Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary ac..ons effec..vely. 4. HR Policies & Compliance Design, review, and update HR policies and handbooks to align with legal and organiza..onal standards. Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regula..ons, and employment policies. 5. Learning & Development Iden..fy training needs and collaborate with relevant teams to organize development programs. Foster a culture of con..nuous learning. 6. Payroll & Benefits Administra..on Supervise payroll processing, including leaves, a..endance, and salary disbursements. Manage employee benefits programs, including insurance, rewards, and other perks. Processing of PF in coordina..on with the agency 7. HR Analy..cs & Repor..ng Prepare HR metrics and reports to aid in strategic decision-making. Analyze data on recruitment, reten..on, and workforce produc..vity. Key Skills & Competencies . In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws. .
