Role & responsibilities 1. HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies to achieve business objectives, including talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement. 2. Employee Relations: Manage employee relationships, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and employee communications. 3. Talent Acquisition: Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding. 4. Talent Development: Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. 5. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluation, and performance improvement planning. 6. Compensation and Benefits: Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies to attract, retain, and motivate employees. 7. HR Operations: Oversee HR operations, employee data management, and compliance with HR policies and procedures. 8. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure they achieve their full potential. Requirements: 1. Qualifications: MBA in HR or relevant experience in HR management. 2. Experience: 10+ years of experience in HR management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. 3. Industry Knowledge: Experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in an HR leadership role.
