Job Title: HR Head Company: Great Pacific Exports Pvt. Ltd. (GPEPL) Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai (On-site) Industry: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Salary: ₹90,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month About the Company: GPEPL is a leading manufacturer of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), specializing in corticosteroids. With a strong commitment to quality and compliance, we are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead and manage all aspects of human resources at our manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the entire HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and company policies Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals Handle disciplinary procedures, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and employee benefits Maintain healthy employee engagement and workplace culture Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and training initiatives Maintain and update employee records and statutory documentation Requirements: Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the manufacturing or pharma industry Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and factory HR practices Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and lead a small HR team MBA in HR or equivalent qualification preferred Salary: ₹90,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (based on experience Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Human resources management: 5 years (Required) Manufacturing industry: 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person
