Developing and implementing HR strategies: The Head of HR creates and implements HR policies and programs to support the organization's goals and values. Managing the HR team: The Head of HR leads and guides the HR team to ensure that HR programs are delivered effectively and efficiently. Ensuring compliance: The Head of HR ensures that the organization complies with all applicable HR laws and regulations. Managing employee relations: The Head of HR develops and implements policies and programs to promote a positive work environment and resolve employee issues. Developing compensation and benefits programs: The Head of HR develops and implements competitive compensation and benefits programs. Developing training and development programs: The Head of HR develops and implements training and development programs to help employees achieve their full potential. Focusing on inclusion and equality: The Head of HR focuses company attention on inclusion and equality. Mentoring and supporting staff: The Head of HR mentors and supports the HR team and general staff. Ensuring effective onboarding: The Head of HR ensures that effective onboarding strategies are being followed. Managing PR with govt/labor departments Ensuring labor laws are followed and implemented. Ensuring salary preparation.
