Responsibilities and Duties: • HR Policy formation and implementation • Attendance management (Online & Offline) • Bio-metric configuration and implementation • Employee discrepancy management • Daily manpower report generation • Department wise daily cost report generation • Vendor management ( Mess, Housekeeping, Security, Labor Contractor, Accommodation) • Negotiation with vendor in monthly bills • Accommodation arrangement for workers and staff. • Labor arrangement for various location and department • Labor hiring through internal and external resources • Day to day administrative work Key Skills and Experience: • 08 years of work experience in HR+Admin+Commercial • Strong communication • Good Negotiation knowledge • Manpower relation management • Strong MS office knowledge ( MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Spine software knowledge will advantage Show more Show less
