The HR In-Charge is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This includes implementing HR policies, maintaining employee records, overseeing recruitment and onboarding, handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and supporting organizational development. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Post job openings, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and schedule final rounds. Oversee onboarding processes including orientation and induction programs. Maintain up-to-date employee records, contracts, and personal files. Ensure accurate record-keeping and filing systems (both digital and physical). Monitor attendance, leave, and absenteeism records. Coordinate with payroll for timely processing and salary disbursement. Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company standards. Handle audits and legal documentation as needed. Organize employee engagement activities and welfare programs. Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and provide resolution. Assist in managing performance appraisal systems. Coordinate with department heads for periodic reviews and feedback. Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in HR; prior experience in a supervisory or in-charge role is preferred. Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices. Skills Required: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
